Holy crap! I never check this! I am guessing its a use of the flat iron, curling, straightening, and just flipping little sections of hair at a time. Then I would take a texturizing cream/whip to mess up the ends, oh and some hairspray. I have done some looks similar to this on Melissa, it took a little time, but was pretty easy, just think the messier the better. If the pieces of hair are all curled in the same direction it wont do that so don’t follow any particular method when “curling” the hair with the flat iron. Confusing enough?
